Article Abstract
HE is an important treatable disorder on the differential diagnosis of limbic encephalitis. HE should be suspected in patients with acute and subacute onset of limbic symptoms with anti-thyroid antibodies, anti NAE Abs, slow background activities on EED and limbic lesions on the MRI.
